The works they created there, oriented to the natural world, included portraits and figural images as well as still lifes. Above all they knew how to aptly captivate the landscapes of their adopted region in painting and drawings. The artists constantly chose this path in contrast to the abstract and subjectively interpreted Modernism of the postwr period. They belong to the perpetuators of contemporary realistic paiting in Northern Germany. 00Exhibition: Drostei, Pinneberg, Germany (26.06.-31.07.2016).
