Out of his experience in helping people work out their difficulties, May wrote this book in an effort to help the individual come to terms with himself. He shows the ways in which we can stand against the insecurity of this age and find a center of strength within ourselves. He sheds light on some of the things that underlie our feelings of disturbance and conflict.
